- In this unit students revise the skills learnt last year. Students will work with scripts and explore conventions of drama.
- Students work through various elements of improvised theatre; making an offer, focus, advancing and extending, endowment, status, transition, characterisation
- Students write and perform their own soliloquy based on a scenario that is provided for them.
- Students research a theatre genre/style of their choice.
- Students work in groups to create a performance based on a script they write themselves. Students design the set and costumes as well as block and produce the performance.
